The wait is finally over. SCOREGolf’s Top 100 Canadian Golf Courses is the most authoritative ranking in Canada and has been igniting debates every two years since 1988.
In celebration of SCOREGolf’s Top 100 Golf Courses Ranking, we recently hosted Canada’s Top 100 Golf Giveaway, where we gave away a prize pack which included a foursome to Copper Point , four $50 Golf Town gift cards and four dozen Wilson Duo Soft+ golf balls! With thousands of entries from coast-to-coast, we want to thank everyone that entered.
Now without any further adieu, here is the 2020 Top Canadian Golf Courses, #90-81.

90-81 of SCOREGolf‘s Top 100 Canadian Courses
90. Camelot
With thrilling elevation changes, holes cut through forested areas and others lined with golden fescue, Camelot, a Thomas McBroom course offering glimpses of the Ottawa River, has a little bit of everything.
Private
89. Copper Point – Point
Built by Alberta-based architect Gary Browning, Copper Point’s Point Course features wide fairways and plenty of elevation changes through forested terrain.
Public
88. Credit Valley
The combined work of Stanley Thompson and Robbie Robinson, Credit Valley is played largely in a valley alongside, and occasionally over, the Credit River. Thinned out trees alongside fairways allows for creative shot-making and escapes.
Private
87. Point Grey
Vancouver’s Point Grey is making big changes with new holes to accommodate a top-notch practice facility, but its rank of 87 here — an improvement over 2018 — is still largely based on David Ayton, Jr.’s 1924 design.
Private
86. Taboo
Taboo is a visually spectacular Ron Garl design that has helped make Ontario’s Muskoka Region one of the best golf destinations in the country. Its filled with great holes featuring the granite outcroppings that define Muskoka golf.
Resort
85. Eagle Creek
Eagle Creek is one of Ken Venturi’s few designs. It is carved through thick spruce forest near the Ottawa River and calls for precise shot-making with a number of water hazards in play.
Private
84. Wolf Creek – Old
Rod Whitman is famous for Cabot Links but the Old Course at Wolf Creek was his first creation. An ode to Old World links, it is marked by native fescue areas, devilish pot bunkers and large, undulating greens.
Public
83. Laval sur-le-lac – Green
A Willie Park, Jr., design with a bunker renovation done by Ian Andrew, the Green Course at Laval sur-le-Lac holds its own when measured against the club’s Blue Course, giving Laval one of Canada’s best one-two punches.
Private
82. Brantford Golf & Country Club
The one course in Canada where Stanley Thompson’s brother, Nicol, gets top billing as architect, Brantford has a reputation as a ball-striker’s course with narrow fairways guarded by stately trees.
Private
81. St. Andrew’s – East
A newcomer to the list, St. Andrew’s East in the Greater Toronto Area can lay claim as the late Rene Muyleart’s best design. The sublime property boasts some stunning holes, such as the downhill par-3 fourth.
