Titleist is known for appealing to golfers who expect the best in their clubs. That’s the brand’s legacy—from its remarkable Pro V1 ball to last year’s TSi driver—Titleist is recognized for its superb craftsmanship and engineering. That now extends to the company’s flagship iron line—the T series—which includes sets aimed at everyone from the elite tour pro to the very good amateur through to the mid-handicapper. They all want the same thing—performance and incredible looks. And that’s exactly what Titleist delivers in the latest evolution of its irons. It is this level of innovation that has led Titleist irons to be played by more PGA Tour pros than any other brand for 16 of the last 17 years, including each of the last seven seasons.
The all new T series family of irons can be pre-ordered today, and will be available both online and instore Thursday, August 26th.
What’s new?
Yes, the new T-Series is an evolution of the existing line, but Titleist has updated almost everything, from the look to the materials to the way the clubs are created. Nothing was left to chance. In all, there are three new sets—T-100 and T-100s, aimed at the best players; T-200, which is used by tour pros and better amateurs alike; and T-300, which will appeal to golfers who might have a higher handicap, but still love the look, feel and performance of Titleist irons.
Over two years in the making… all leading up to this moment. It’s officially time to introduce the all-new T·Series irons to the TOUR.👌

T-100 and T-100s.
T100
Are they for you?
Do you play tour golf or aspire to? Is your handicap lower than the average temperature in Timmins in January? Well, the best want the best and that’s exactly what Titleist is delivering in its T-100 irons, which means they are very popular on tour. That’s why this is being called “the modern tour iron.”
New sole
The goal here is to provide tremendous turf interaction, so there’s less bounce in the heel and more in the toe, something Titleist learned from its touring professionals.
Better balance
Tungsten is a key to the entire T-series line, and in the T-100 it is used in the longer irons to create a better center of gravity and increase forgiveness.
Consistent
Titleist used what it calls “a continuous cradle construction” to create a seamless surface in the 3 to 7-irons, which were redesigned to allow for premium shot shaping, while the 8-iron to wedge uses one-piece forging.
T-100s
Are they for you?
Do you hit it like a tour pro, but want just a bit more distance? Then check out the T-100s, which have many of the same elements as the T-100 line, but offers clubs that are two degrees stronger. Titleist calls this the “Faster Tour” iron.
Faster
In making the irons stronger, Titleist used a new “Muscle Channel” that produces increased ball speed and launch, but offers the same feel as the T-100. You get the same fully forged face as the T-100s, but with more distance.
Tungsten powered
Titleist used D18 tungsten weights and the Muscle Channel to produce lower CG and higher launch. Yes, the lofts are stronger, but you’ll still get the height to hold greens.
T200—Tour distance
Are they for me?
The T200 series irons have wider appeal than the T100, but that doesn’t mean tour pros don’t love them. Apparently PGA Tour star Will Zalatoris loved these so much in testing that Titleist designers had to convince him they couldn’t stay in his bag. These are for better players, but will have broad appeal among those who love the workability and Titleist aesthetic.
Max Impact
There’s a lot of power in the T200 series, including the Max Impact 2.0 tech that offers core support and an enhanced polymer core that means when you don’t catch the center of the club, you’ll still get great results.
Multi-material
The aesthetic of the T200 series is enchanced by the engineered muscle plate that also provides the irons with a great sound at impact.
Aesthetic
With a shorter blade and the same offset as T100, you’ll find a narrow topline on these very attractive irons.
Tungsten
Dense D18 tungsten weights are used for the 3 to 7-irons, allowing Titleist to precisely position the center of gravity on each iron, making them high launching in the long and mid-irons, and precise on the shorter clubs.
T300—Game improvement reimagined
Are they for me?
For years, Titleist was known for creating the best irons for the best players. In recent years the company has expanded its line in an attempt to make the best irons for all players. That’s where the T300 iron fits in. Now if you’re a mid-handicapper, you can still get the great look and feel on a Titleist iron. Want to launch it high and far, while also having a great looking set of irons? Then try out the T300 irons.
Power
Using Max Impact 2.0 tech, and a high resilience polymer core, the T300 series is big on distance and power.
Tungsten
Like the entire T Series line, tungsten is a key to performance. By adding tungsten to the toe and heel, the irons offer a solid feel and great distance and forgiveness. Interestingly, there’s 40 percent more tungsten in these irons than in past gens, making them outperform Titleist’s game improvement irons of the past.
Thinner face
The T300 line uses a high COR variable face that is thinner to the heel in the long and mid-irons, making them responsive on mishits.
U505 Utility and T200 long irons
Is it for me
Not fond of hybrids, but want to find a long iron that launches it high and fits in with the rest of your set? That’s where the U505 hybrid comes in. This is aimed at players looking for speed and launch of a hybrid, but the look and playability of an iron. The T200 long irons are meant for blended sets, with a wider sole and high launch.
Thinner forged L-Face
Using Max Impact 2.0 makes the U505 the highest COR utility iron ever. The hollow body has been reconfigured, and D18 tungsten is used to improve launch conditions.
Iron-like
With a shorter blade and shallow face, but a wide sole, the U505 is meant to fit in line with your iron set. The T200 long irons offer shorter blade lengths and less offset, with a narrower topline.
Power
The T200 long irons use Max Impact 2.0 tech, but improve off-center speed and mass efficiency with a forged face.
The all new T series family of irons can be pre-ordered today, and will be available both online and instore Thursday, August 26th.
