Custom fit

PING has always been about crafting clubs that are customized specifically to a player’s specifications. And that’s the case with G Le2, which allows for loft, lie and length to be adjusted for the female golfer. Swing weight and shaft flex can also be customized so the golfer has the appropriate distance gaps and feel covered.

Longer and faster

That’s the key with all the clubs in the line, but specifically with the G Le2. The goal was to maximize MOI—the club’s forgiveness—while promoting a faster face and overall lighter weight. Some of that is accomplished through the aerodynamic shape of the clubhead, while the forged face flexes more to increase ball velocity. Of course you’ll find turbulators on these drivers as well. The fairway woods in the set also have a higher MOI than previous generations, and a 8-lobe adjustable hosel. That means you’ll hit the ball higher and find the fairways more forgiving.

Lighter

The irons in the G Le2 set use COR-Eye Technology to increase face flex and, in turn, ball speeds. You’ll find the irons 10% more forgiving than previous versions (a significant leap forward) and offer a higher ball flight. The irons come in 6 through various wedges.

More hybrid options

With a hotter face and lighter weight to generate more speed, the hybrids in the set are available from 4 to 7-hybrid, offering a number of choices.

Adjustable putters

PING is a leader when it comes to adjustable putters, and that’s the case with the G Le2 line, which offers Anser, Shea and Echo models. TR face technology on the inserts makes the putters more precise and offer improvements on distance control.
