Using lessons learned from metalwood designs, Cobra has unlocked up to 25 percent more face flection on its DARKSPEED Irons, creating faster ball speeds, great distance, and remarkable feel.

Key technologies
Foam Injected
Sound and feel are always a challenge on game improvement irons and Cobra has addressed this by using foam microspheres to fill the internal cavity of the hollow irons. The foam supports the PWR-BRIDGE weight while also providing vibration-dampening properties for a soft feel and pleasing sound.
Progressive
TECFLO construction is used in the irons making the longer irons fully hollow, while the shorter irons are hollow but lack the face insert, while the gap wedge to sand wedge are half hollow.
Thinner
The PWRSHELL H.O.T. Face is 21% larger and thinner than previous versions, allowing for higher ball speed. With L-Cup construction and a new H.O.T. Face pattern developed by artificial intelligence also increases speed and makes the clubface more efficient. Variable thickness increases the sweetspot and improves speed when you miss the center of the clubface.
PWR-BRIDGE
A key to Cobra designs, the PWR-BRIDGE weight is suspended in a small singular post, allowing it to almost float freely in the hollow clubhead. This allowed engineers to create low center of gravity for great launch conditions, but also create a faster face.
