The wait is finally over. SCOREGolf’s Top 100 Canadian Golf Courses is the most authoritative ranking in Canada and has been igniting debates every two years since 1988.

In celebration of SCOREGolf’s Top 100 Golf Courses Ranking, we recently hosted Canada’s Top 100 Golf Giveaway, where we gave away a prize pack which included a foursome to Rocky Crest, four $50 Golf Town gift cards and four dozen Wilson Duo Soft+ golf balls! With thousands of entries from coast-to-coast, we want to thank everyone that entered.

40. The Links at Crowbush Cove

The Links at Crowbush Cove is seaside delight on the north shore of Prince Edward Island with rolling fairways, pot bunkers and multi-tiered greens. Thomas McBroom designed this beauty.

39. TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley – Hoot

Inspired by New Jersey’s Pine Valley, TPC Toronto’s Hoot Course features fairways framed by tall pines and rugged waste-bunkering. It remains the highest-ranked of TPC Toronto’s three courses.

38. St. Thomas Golf and Country Club

A superb Stanley Thompson design in Southwestern Ontario that was refreshed with a much-needed tree-removal program in recent years has St. Thomas Golf and Country Club holding strong at number 38.

37. Summit Golf and Country Club

Summit is a pristine parkland course in north Toronto with holes fitting seamlessly into the land. It was designed by Stanley Thompson, with recent work done by Doug Carrick.

36. Royal Colwood Golf Club

A straight ball is required at Royal Colwood, with some of the largest Douglas fir trees in the world lining its fairways. The peaceful course was given its royal designation in 1931 by King George the fifth.

35. Rocky Crest Golf Club

Thomas McBroom’s Rocky Crest, which opened in 2000, remains an excellent course and is the track that really ignited the Muskoka-area golf boom. It continues to show well on the Top 100.

34. Weston Golf and Country Club

With a magnificent mix of short holes and long ones, tough tests and breathers, ups, downs, twists and turns, Willie Park, Jr.’s Weston Golf and Country Club merits its top-40 spot.

33. Redtail Golf Club

With a wooded front nine and a more open, linksy back, the exclusive Redtail, a Donald Steele design, quite often sees fewer golfers per day than its rank on this year’s Top 100.

32. Mount Bruno Country Club

A Willie Park, Jr., design that has been tweaked by the likes of Stanley Thompson and Thomas McBroom, Mount Bruno is a rolling, tree-lined course with testing bunkers and excellent greens.

31. Bigwin Island Golf Club

Accessible only by ferry, the Doug Carrick-designed Bigwin Island is a total blast to play thanks to wide fairways, giant, distinctive bunkers and some astonishing views.
