A look for the past with the technology of the future—that’s what TaylorMade is offering in its new Patina putter collection. Taking classic designs, TaylorMade incorporated its Pure Roll insert and adjustable weights, all packaged in a naturally tarnishing patina finish that makes this line of putters look truly exceptional.
The look of the Patina collection, which is created by combining black nickel and copper that is exposed on the edges and the sole, creates the distinguished look for the line.
The putter line uses a new, thicker 5 mm Pure Roll insert designed to bring the grooves into direct contact with the ball. The goal is to improve forward roll and ensure the ball stays on line longer. New TP screws keep the insert in place.
The collection uses an adjustable weight system that allows swing weight to be altered. Weights range from 2.5 to 20 grams. The mallet collection features three versions of the Ardmore, and the new DuPage.
Who’s it for?
The Patina collection is aimed at golfers who want a classic, sophisticated and refined look, but also want the benefits of the latest TaylorMade technology. Old World cool meets New World technological sophistication—that’s the Patina collection.
Pre-order Patina Collection putters beginning August 19. Available September 6.
