Mizuno M.Craft putters follow traditional path

Mizuno’s reputation for incredibly well designed irons has few rivals, and it is that profile the company is trying to capitalize on with its new M.Craft putter line, which will be available at Golf Town March 1.

Key technologies

1025 Mild Carbon Steel

Using forged steel that’s CNC milled, this is a great, soft-feeling putter that’s exactly what you’d expect from Mizuno. Deep face milling creates the soft feel and pure roll.

Dialing it in

At 355 grams, with two 8 gram fitted weights, each putter can be altered using a kit that offers two 3 gram weights and two 13 gram weights.

Aesthetics

M.Craft will be available in three styles—classic white satin, bold blue ion and intense black ion.

Availability

M.Craft putters hit Golf Town shelves March 1, as well as golftown.com.

Who are they for?

Available in three shapes—M.Craft 1 is a square back putter with a mid-slant neck and maximum toe-hang for the golfer with the exaggerated putting arc. M.Craft II is a classic heel-toe putter with a plumber’s neck and mid toe-hang for golfers with a moderate arc, while M. Craft III is a face-balanced mid-mallet that’s highly forgiving for those golfers who are more straight back and through.
