You want to improve your golf fitness, but you don’t know where to start? That’s where GolfForever Swing Trainer comes in. “It targets all parts of your core, helping you build a strong, golf-optimized body with improved mobility that enables you to generate more clubhead speed in your golf swing,” says Dr. Jeremy James, founder of GolfForever.
By assessing your current level of mobility and fitness, GolfForever provides you with a fitness program that will help improve your flexibility and strength, allowing you to bring consistency and more power to your golf game. Endorsed by the likes of Scottie Scheffler, GolfForever gives you an opportunity to improve your golf fitness this winter.
How It Works
It all starts with the assessment. The program asks you questions about the fitness equipment you have ready access to and what component of your physical makeup you’d like to focus on first. Whether that’s strength, speed or flexibility, the app focuses in on your objectives, as well as determining how often you plan to follow the system. Based on some brief physical questions about mobility and strength, the app designs a workout plan for your golf ambitions.
Focused Workouts
The GolfForever Swing Trainer is partly a program—and partially a training aid. In this case, it is a three-in-one training tool with resistance bands and a D3 swing weight optimized heavy warmup club. Co-created by Pete Holman, who has worked with athletes from most major sports, including the PGA Tour and Major League Baseball, the Quick-Interchange System and D3 Swing Weight works as both a warmup aid, while promoting overload training. With a simple click of a button, golfers can use this at home or as a warmup at the course.
What You Get
In addition to the app, GolfForever comes with the 44.5-inch training bar, a weighted ball for overload swing training, and a training cord, as well as two 15-inch rubber grips with five specialized training zone demarcations, as well as a carry bag.
Is It For Me?
Swing and speed training has captured a lot of attention in recent years, especially after Matthew Fitzpatrick added a lot of distance and used it to win the 2022 U.S. Open. No one is saying GolfForever will bring you major championships, but it will make you more stable, flexible and add strength—all things that will help improve your golf game. Pretty much everyone spends too much time sitting these days—and GolfForever will help you gain some of that flexibility that will cut strokes from your scores.
