Are you a handheld yardage rangefinder fan or do you prefer the more subtle, and ever-present watch? If you’re the latter, then Garmin’s new Approach S70 might just be your new go-to for on-course yardages.
“The Approach S70 series is designed for customers who want all the tools to improve their game on the course – and all the health monitoring, activity tracking and connected features for their life off the course,” says Dan Bartel, Garmin Vice President of Global Consumer Sales.
Designed for golfers of all skill levels and with enhanced distance features, the S70 even has a built-in barometer to provide players with a more accurate reading for each shot. In fact, the watch has a virtual caddie tool that helps with shot dispersion data, and suggests a club based on factors, including historical swing data, elevation, as well as wind speed and direction. Additionally, the watch holds a charge for up to 16 days, and 20 hours when using the GPS.
