That’s the take of Humboldt Broncos’ President Jamie Brockman. Since the Saskatchewan hockey team was involved in a tragic accident that left 16 people dead and 13 injured last April, assistance for the team, its players and staff have poured in from all over Canada and beyond.
In an effort to join the support of the Humboldt Broncos team and community, we’re excited to announce that we have partnered with SuperStroke and Callaway, and will be offering a limited edition Superstroke Grip in the Broncos’ team yellow and green colours and logo, and Callaway Truvis balls with the Broncos’ logo in the Truvis pattern. With every purchase, $10 from each Superstroke grip, and $5 from each dozen of Callaway’s Truvis balls sold will be donated to the Humboldt Broncos Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club.
Brockman, who recently returned as the team’s president, said the support for the team is remarkable. Practically every Canadian who has connected with hockey in some way—whether they have children who play the sport or are simply fans of the game—felt an emotional connection with the Broncos, its administration and coaches, and the town of Humboldt. An incredible amount of sympathy and support continues for the team, Brockman says, and the Golf Town exclusive promotion is just another example of Canada rallying around the team.
“We’re very happy Golf Town has offered to do this,” he says. “Hockey in Canada is recognized throughout the country—which is probably why the support has been so widespread. It is so relatable for so many Canadians who feel a connection to the team and what we’ve gone through.”
As Golf Town exclusive products, the Humboldt Broncos’ golf balls and grips will be available in stores in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and at the Winnipeg South Golf Town locations (call to confirm availability) or online.

Hi Rick, There are only limited quantities available, so unfortunately, they aren’t in all doors, but they are available online.
It is very unfortunate that USA golfers who are hockey fans are unable to purchase the Humboldt Broncos Callaway Truvis Balls to support the team.
